Good and comfortable room.

Olivier est très accueillant et arrangeant, il se rend disponible avec bienveillance pour ses locataires ce qui est très appréciable! Merci!

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce monsieur. Il à bouché les toilettes et c’est bien gardé de me le signaler. Je vous épargne les détails mais vous laisse imaginer le pire. Cela m’a coûté 230€ de plombier. Me le signalé m’aurait évité une inondation. Je conseil vivement aux propriétaires de demander des cautions. Bonne année !

The place is nice and central. Laurdes is very nice hostess, she doesnt speak much English, but her son who also lives there speaks English. The place is super close to everything in Eixample, shops, restaurants, metro. Only downside for me is that the room is facing the street and there is a lot of noise from the street and the metro. Otherwise everything was perfect with the stay, I had access to the kitchen, living room and bathroom, everything is in good condition and clean. Laurdes had prepared towels and sheets for me, which was useful. I can only thank her and her son for their hospitality.

J'ai passé 2 mois chez Roselyne. Bonne communication avec Roselyne et Bruno. Séjour très agréable : belle chambre, accès à la cuisine et jolie jardin. Environnement calme et tranquille. A proximité, des commerces et des bus réguliers pour aller en direction notamment de Versailles.

Très bon accueil. Ce Monsieur gagne à être connu. Je retournerai chez lui sans problème.
